River Six Rules

Clean, short, premium tournament rules for a six-player singles format.

Format

6 individual players

  • Exactly 6 solo players register.
  • Players are split into 2 groups of 3.
  • Each player plays everyone in their group.
  • Group A 1st vs Group B 2nd.
  • Group B 1st vs Group A 2nd.
  • Semi-final winners go to the Final.
  • Semi-final losers go to the 3rd place match.
Round Logic

3 balls per player

  • Each round starts with a target ball.
  • Each player throws 3 balls per round.
  • Scoring happens only after both players throw all 3 balls.
  • Only one player scores in a round.
  • 1 point if one ball is closer than the opponent’s nearest ball.
  • 2 points if two balls are closer.
  • 3 points if all three balls are closer.
Match Targets

Fast event format

  • Group matches: first to 6 points.
  • Semi-finals: first to 6 points.
  • 3rd place match: first to 6 points.
  • Final: first to 9 points.
Group Ranking

Order inside the group

  • 1. Number of match wins
  • 2. Point difference
  • 3. Head-to-head result
  • 4. If still tied, a tie-break required flag is shown
